We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or policies.

Your use of such services may be subject to their respective terms.

13. Data Backup and Availability

While we implement reasonable measures to maintain service availability, we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access

  • Error-free operation

  • Continuous availability

Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of important business information.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Upon termination:

Our total aggregate liability arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iTrillions Information Technology Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, officers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Violation of these Terms
